Stand For Peace Trust (SFP) is a leading strategic communications company in South Asia having implemented programs in Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. We help create social and behavioral change that supports local and global efforts to bring about positive change and transform lives of millions around the world We have designed and implemented campaigns for some of the largest organisations worldwide in the development and private sector including Facebook, UNICEF, USAID, European Union and many more.
SFP is headed by Aaron Haroon Rashid, an award winning director, producer, social activist and singer/composer. Haroon is the creator and director of the Peabody award winning and Emmy nominated Pakistani Animated TV series “Burka Avenger”.

Our Projects
Book launch and exhibition highlighting cultural heritage along the Grand Trunk Road. Organized in collaboration with UNESCO, European Union, World Bank, Swiss Embassy and Government of Pakistan.
Designed as a training manual for polio health workers, over 100,000 comic books have been distributed by UNICEF to polio health workers across Pakistan.
Series of 13 Comics Books/Graphic Novels with interactive Augmented Reality. Each issue is based on a separate social issue. Can be used in conjunction with the Burka Avenger Students Book for children to improve their English. Burka Avenger English Learning App
Empowering vulnerable Pakistani youth with skills-based training and creating 25 counter-extremism animated videos for widespread dissemination in educational institutions and community centers across the nation.
Development of handwash animated video for use in schools. Also broadcast as part of Burka Avenger episode that was broadcast in multiple countries including Pakistan, Afghanistan, India and Indonesia.

NEW BORN AND NATAL CARE
Production of multiple animated videos for UNICEF to help raise awareness for and help create social and behavioral change around new born and natal care. Scheduled for release on Aur national television.
AFS is the premier diplomacy program of the US State Department and University of Southern California. Each year, AFS sends 1-2 American filmmakers to Pakistan. SFP implements these programs including workshops, seminars, trainings, networking events with industry professionals, film screenings and PR events.
